U.S.A. VISA REQUIREMENT

1. One Photographs
   (Having size of 2×2 inches preferably color photographs be taken against a white or
   off-white background and printed without borders. Computer scanned photographs
   are not acceptable and photographs cannot be modified in any way, re-touched,
   penciled, or altered by computer software and must have been taken within the last
   six months).
2. Bank Statement for the last six months along with bank signatory letter.
3. Proof of employment.
4. NTN Certificate.
5. Tax Payment Receipts.
6. Property documents/shares certificate or other savings proof. (If any)
7. Hotel Booking.
8. Ticket Reservation.
9. Children school card, fee challan & B form copy, If accompany any child.
10. Current & All previous passports.
11. Confirmation pages of DS-160.
12. Original CNIC.
